This highly visible role on the Store Reporting and Analysis team will be responsible for completing various analyses and financial reporting projects in support of Senior Management and the Retail Field Management organization. This individual will take a proactive role in developing Retail reporting and analysis that is actionable and relevant to current CVS/Caremark and retail industry trends.
Responsibilities
•Perform both Front Store and Pharmacy financial analysis in support of Senior Management and Retail Field Management.
•Develop financial models to analyze and evaluate Retail performance. Interpret data to diagnose root cause issues.
•Work both independently and collaboratively across department lines to produce thorough and consistent analytics.
•Effectively communicate results of various analyses to Management. Provide executive-level summaries of findings and key insights.
•Work closely with Senior Vice Presidents and Area Vice Presidents to develop customized reporting, transforming financial data into actionable information in support of Retail Field initiatives.
•Prepare presentations for Executive Management.
•Produce timely and accurate reporting, with a continued focus on process improvements and overall efficiencies. Work closely with team members to ensure financial reporting standards.
•Assist in various department projects in support of team goals.
• Minimum 4 years of related experieince required
•Strong analytical skills
•Proven ability to produce results with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines
•Proven ability to support multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring flexibility in order to meet deadlines and support team goals
•Demonstrated history of leadership and the ability to effectively communicate across many levels of the organization, including Senior Management
•Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment

•Strong PC skills, including extensive knowledge of Excel, Access and PowerPoint
•Minimum 5 - 7 years related financial experience
•Retail experience
•Excellent organizational skills
•Working knowledge of MicroStrategy preferred
•Masters Degree preferred
•Bachelors Degree, with concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required
