Job Description

Position Summary The Call Center Manager, Pharmacy Customer Care provides direct and indirect guidance to the licensed Pharmacy Customer Care supervisory staff and representatives in an inbound and outbound environment. The Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of daily operations including general oversight and management of Registered Pharmacist (RPh) and Technician (CPhT) teams. Participates in the development and leads the implementation of organizational strategies that improve patient adherence and optimize outcomes. Key responsibilities include direct managerial responsibility for Pharmacy Supervisors, leadership and development of licensed call center staff, including establishing/managing operating procedures and controls involved with staff planning, workflow design and utilization. Acts as a key leader for site operational teams. Required Qualifications Expert level leadership skills and the ability to set high standards of performance and coach colleagues to continued success. Self-directed with excellent follow up and organizational skills Must have a demonstrated results-oriented approach.Ability to accurately assess talent, manage and motivate teams. Must be able to lead diverse work groups in a highly professional and specialized work environment Leadership experience in a team-oriented environment.Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong presentation skills; ability to effectively present information to all levels of the organization. Strong initiative. Must have a sense of urgency, energy and enthusiasm.Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio and Access).

Preferred Qualifications Experience in the retail pharmacy industry essential Experience working in a call center preferred.

Education Bachelors degree is required.
