Sales Representative at Providence

Job Description

Sales Representative - We are looking for an energetic, independent, confident, aggressive, self starter, no excuse individual who is willing to put in the necessary hours and do whatever it takes to succeed.  You must be willing to ask for the business and understand that sales begin when you receive your first objection.  You will be responsible for generating results selling Bancsource service contracts and equipment in a designated geographical territory, calling on an existing customer base and developing new clients. A “no excuses” mentality is required! Compensation is composed of salary, commission per sale once targets are met and annual production bonus which is directly tied to your results. Company pays for all expenses and provides a competitive benefits package.

 

Typical Duties:

  •  Set up sales appointments.
  • Call on executives of financial institutions.
  • Increase the wallet share with existing customers.
  • Close sales, close sales, closes sales!!!
  • Communicate weekly with service engineers and District Manager.
  •  Investigate and respond to customer issues. 
  • Generate proposals on a timely basis. 
  • Follow up with customers
  • Complete all sales reports as required.
  • Treat your sales territory as if they were running their own business

 

Job Performance (includes the following, but not limited to): 
 

  • Sell maintenance contract sales worth $25,000+ per month. 

  • Sell equipment sales of $42,000+ per month. 
  •  Set appointments to make ten presentations per week. 
  •  Work with existing customers to resolve any issues

Job Requirements:

This job requires proven sales abilities, including the ability to close new customer accounts as well as manage existing accounts.  Sales experience with financial institutions required.
