Office Assistant--Human Resources at Providence

Job Description

Classification: General Office Clerk

Compensation: $9.50 to $11.00 per hour

Non-profit client in downtown Providence is seeking an Office Assistant to support the Human Resources department with back-logged files and documents. The Office Assistant will mainly be providing clerical support for the administrative staff as needed. Office Assistants with fast and accurate data entry skills and the ability to learn new tasks quickly should apply. Experience with Ceridian is applicable but not necessary for success within this role. Our client is ready to hire today!

Job Requirements

Previous experience working within Ceridian is a plus but not a requirement. General office and administrative skills, in addition to proficiency in MS Office Suite, is necessary.
