Position Summary The VP, Finance Operations holds the leadership responsibility, accountability and strategic direction for the 750 enterprise-wide employees in Accounts Payable, A/R Specialty, PBM Operations, and Third Party departments. The executive in this role will be responsible for leading the teams that will be accountable for identifying opportunities, operational plans and initiatives that will build upon the present operations. The responsibilities of this position also include development and management of finance operations strategies and controls.Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of the operations with a key focus on maximizing operational efficiencies of the Accounts Payable, A/R Specialty, PBM Operations, and Third Party departments.Overall accountability for budgeting, forecasting, operational management and financial results.Establishment of strategic objectives; plan and communicate priorities on an ongoing basis.Ensure all key operational metrics are maintained at benchmark levels, while ensuring adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and regulations governing government programs. Job Requirements

Required Qualifications 10 to 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, accounts payable, claims processing operations, retail pharmacy operations, PBM operations, or banking.Strong leadership skills and demonstrated track record required to lead a department of up to 750 people across the enterprise.Strong financial management skills - proven ability to budget forecast and manage the business to deliver on balance sheet and P&L expectations.Ability to articulate ideas and gain consensus in a composed and persevering manner.Ability to interpret, synthesize, and communicate meaningful information in a concise manner.Proven experience in driving process improvements.
