Job Description
RANDSTAD IS SCHEDULING IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS FOR THIS DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY WITH A HEALTHCARE CLIENT IN PROVIDENCE, RI.
This position is responsible for providing operational support to healthcare agencies, oversight of direct reports, and managing the design, development and analysis of program statistics and reporting. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Oversee all program operations
Researches current and ongoing developments in program policies in order to provide the most up-to-date information
Schedules, organizes and directs quarterly meetings
Oversees development and production of all program-related reporting
Manages direct reports to assure duties and responsibilities related to oversight of the program, and that training/technical assistance are carried out in an effective manner
Manage all functions related to quarterly base and incentive payments
Produce appropriate paperwork, correspondence, presentations, letters, memos and educational materials
Reads, analyzes and ensures compliance of the program with federal and/or state regulations
Monitors work plans and program time lines for accuracy and to keep the program team on time with deadlines
Analyzes program data and designs reports that appropriately display performance indicators and statistical information
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am-4:30pm
Required:
Four year college degree
Five years of experience providing management support, coordinating large-scale logistics, generating reports and communicating effectively with office staff and/or clients in a similar work environment
Solid project planning experience, preferably in a management role
Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
An equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered
Preferred:
Bilingual
Experience in the fields of health policy, education, social services, community outreach and/or public relations or business administration
Knowledge of state and federal healthcare programs, including Medicaid and other public benefits programs preferred
Advanced knowledge of computer programs (MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
Excellent organization skills; highly detail oriented
Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
Above average verbal and written communication skills
Capable of working with diverse populations
Comfortable with public speaking and presentations
Works independently with a minimum of supervision
