Project Management Liaison II - RAID at Portsmouth

Job Description


JOB DESCRIPTION: Raytheon IIS Business is seeking a Project Management Liaison I to support the RAID Program. In this position you will oversee and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing projects and services as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. You will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for interventions and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.


Tasks include:



1. Management Reports and Presentations - prepare PMO internal / external reports including


- Monthly Program Review Package


- RAID Monthly Report Inputs


- Monthly Status Report CDRLs (qty 4/month)


- Customer Program Review presentations (quarterly)



2. Perform PMO schedule and budgetary planning products including


- Work Breakdown Structure and Dictionary


- Work Authorization Documents


- Budgetary Change Notices (as needed)


- Inputs to IMS/IMP



3. Develop and maintain Action Tracking System


- Attend Gate/Program meetings and reviews


- Administer PMO action system and status weekly



4. Conduct PMO team meetings and maintain records


- URS Weekly Staff Meeting


- RAID Weekly Staff Meeting




5. Maintain Program Highlights presentations, budgets, schedules


- update for actual expenditures and progress


- support requests for NBI and Gate 0-3 presentations



6. Visitor and Media relations


- provide single POC to internal organizations for customer/visitors to SCC (security, admins, facilities, etc)


- prepare/maintain public release information



7. Data and Property Administration


- manage electronic media library (CDs of GFI)


- manage GFP records for contract compliance



8. Travel and visa


- manage and execute country clearances/visa database for team


- occasional travel may be required to participate in major customer meetings/program reviews.


REQUIRED SKILLS:



  • Demonstrated leadership, and management experience.
  • Familiarity with RAID Program logistics and configuration
  • Knowledge of RAID equipment deployment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

DESIRED SKILLS:



  • Knowledge and understanding of the deployment of electronic systems for Raytheons RAID Program.
  • Knowledge of Commercial Acquisition, Operations Management, and Logistics.
  • Familiarity with federal government and defense engineering processes and terminology
  • Ability to use Excel to create spreadsheets, manipulate data and generate reports.
  • Ability to use PowerPoint and Project
  • Familiarity with Lotus Notes

Required Education:A Bachelors Degree with 4 years relevant experience OR Associate Degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR HS and 12 years of relevant experience.
