Residential Loan Processor

10 month contract position

DESCRIPTION:

• Review, process and handle residential mortgage loan application requests
• Ensure that all required forms and/or documentation are within regulations & guidelines and have been provided by the borrower
• Process / handle high volume of pipelined loans  (ex: 70+ per month)
• Work in a mortgage processing system
• Communicate with others internally and externally

 

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 - 4 years of high volume residential mortgage loan processing experience
• Understanding of VA, FHA and Fannie Mae loans
• Experience working with DU
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel
• Mortgage Processing System experience
• Knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines and regulations
• Strong communicator for email and verbal work
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
