Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist III Job at Greenwich

Yoh has a long term contract opportunity for an Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist III to join our client, the world leader in the pharmaceutical industry, located in West Greenwich, RI.

Job Responsibilities: - Depending on the knowledge, experience, and team resources, the individual will perform any combination of the following duties:- Develop, revise and implement raw material specifications and procedures that comply with regulatory requirements.- Participate in raw material qualification and second sourcing efforts.- Work on projects to support continuous improvement activities.- Collaborate with suppliers and internal customers to resolve issues.- Document supplier audits.- Document supplier investigations and corrective actions and support supplier development.

Job Qualifications: - B.A. / B.S. Biological Sciences / Life Sciences or related field or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.- Seven (7 +) years in Quality or Operations experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry with progressively increasing responsibility and demonstrated experience in raw materials, auditing, investigations, and/or change control.
