Director, Digital Optimization at Woonsocket

Job Description

Position Summary The Director, Site Optimization will be responsible for creating an analytically based continuous improvement process to drive incremental improvement in the digital performance. This individual will set a vision and a plan to establish a process for ongoing optimization of various digital assets in collaboration with the business, IT and other stakeholders. This individual will work closely with the business partners across business units and with members of Digital Enterprise team to identify testing opportunities, define test goals, define test plans, oversee testing, interpret and report results. Job Requirements



Required Qualifications 4+ years experience with managing optimization, site analytics and personalization.8+ years of overall experience of managing consumer facing websitesExperience with technical testing tools such as AB testing tools, analytical tools, and reporting toolsStrong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations and basic understanding of the statistical concepts Strong verbal and written communication skills including developing and making presentations to the senior executives and business leadersStructured and logical thinking, problem solving, issue resolution, and attention to detailAbility to conceptualize and manage discrete products end-to-end in a dynamic environment Passion for digital and how new offerings and capabilities can meaningfully drive engagement, empowerment, and the overall consumer experience in health careAbility to adapt to changing priorities, be decisive under ambiguity, and meet tight deadlinesExperience in team building and leadership involving direct, indirect, and non reports

Preferred Qualifications Understanding of pharmacy and clinical data and content Digital strategy / innovation experience within a health care company

Education Bachelors Degree Masters in Business Administration (preferred)
