Job Classification: Contract Looking for a Senior Level candidate with at least 8 years of experience in Admin and troubleshooting. Must have prior messaging and mobility experience. Top required skills would be - Exchange 2010, Mobile device management, Lync / OCS 2007 R2. Technology: - Exchange 2003 / 2010 - OCS / Lync 2013 - Blackberry / Good Technologies - Voltage SecureMail - TrendMicro ScanMail for Exchange - E-Vault - CA Message Manager (email journaling) - McAffee Email Gateway - Symantec DLP - Microsoft System Center - Microsoft Threat Management Gateway - Microsoft Forefront Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Responds to monitoring alerts and execute reporting of system health and capacity through the use of tools and procedures to ensure compliancy with service level agreements and operational standards. - Leads small/internal projects and coordinate activities with internal staff, external vendors, outside departments, divisions and groups within the company. - Contributes to the development of and implement tactical and strategic plans for supporting the companys Messaging infrastructure. - Identifies potential areas for improving processes/procedures, server configurations and server images. - Contributes to the development of, maintenance of and adherence to system standards, policies, procedures and documentation to support consistency and compliancy requirements for corporate initiatives, operational objectives and service level agreements. - Performs other related duties as required.Summary: Responsible for executing day-to-day support activities to ensure service level agreements, project deliverables and customer commitments are being met. Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in an IT-related discipline. 8+ years of Admin experience of Windows operational support activities. MCSE certification - preferred.Skills and Competencies: Proficiency with network protocols and infrastructure concepts. Proficiency with network file server hardware (IBM) and Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 2000, 2003, 2008). Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
