Hours: 11p to 7a; Monday to Friday

Position Overview:
The incumbent is responsible for coordination and supervision of the operation of the blood bank on teh night shift.
Duties include but are not limited to:

• Selection, orientation and training of staff
• Quality control activities
• Quality improvement activities
• Capability to perform all testing of donors and patients

 RequirementsASCP Required, SBB highly preferred
Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in a Science/Laboratory related field
5 or more years of experience in a high volume Blood Bank
At least 2 years of progressive leadership experience
