Responsibilities
This role will research, analyze, design, test and recommend business line system applications of a complex nature. May modify, enhance, and/or design applications for the business. Engage with stakeholders to establish business requirements to develop technical solutions or business process. May collaborate with senior management in the development of meaningful performance metrics. May perform ad hoc analysis and reporting. Lead assigned projects.
Primarily working with senior management of Operations Departments to define the needs and objectives which will further assist in automating functions and streamlining operations while continually improving customer service. This role requires a detailed knowledge of department function(s) and must be knowledgeable in areas of workflow. This role provides technical support for complex system application(s), problem solving, and system documentation.
Organize and lead business requirements and design sessions with key stakeholders and technology team. Works in conjunction with Operations manager/customers to analyze, design, and develop requirements for system enhancements. Analyzes, tests, and solves complex production problems related to the system(s). Collect, review and analyze system related changes to ensure compliance with department SLAs, policies, procedures, and/or regulatory and risk requirements.
May develop and maintain certain complex transactions to achieve customer satisfaction. Provides assistance to staff/customers regarding the implementation of new/updated processes. May also includes training staff/customers. Leads multiple larger scale projects. Acts as a liaison between Operations departments, product management, programmers and/or vendors to address system problems and enhancements.

Strong knowledge of System Development Life Cycle
Ability to lead people, Business process and business objectives
Bachelor Degree required
8 + years Financial services industry or business line experience, Project coordination experience, System / business process testing methodologies, Professional experience in system analysis and programming with relational data bases
