Customer Service Representative

We currently have immediate openings inWarwick, RI for Customer Service Representatives,as well as other insurance positions!

Our client, a large company, has an immediate opening for several Customer Service Representatives that have flexibility with their schedules and can work any shift between 8:00am to 11:0pm.

Will process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Will take information over the phone, enter information into the computer system, will review information and may need to research information to address and resolve any issues. Will need to follow direction and will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of this job.

This is a long term temporary assignment that is expected to start on 5/14/12. For the first 4 weeks hours will be 8:30-5:00. Afterwards that hours maybe at any time between 8:00am-11:00pm. Right now many shifts are 10:30am -7:00pm.
