Provides day to day client services and mid level risk management advice to Willis clients primarily in the mid to large size commercial property & casualty arena. Drives the 120 day renewal and account rounding processes. Supports Producers and marketing department on prospecting opportunities. Assists in resolving client and carrier accounting issues. RequirementsBA/BS degree preferred ideally within insurance and minimum of 3 years of Commercial P & C client manager experience on mid to large sized insurance accounts. Insurance licenses required as mandated by state law. Must demonstrate well developed time management, customer service, communication and work flow processing skills.
