Field High School Admissions Representative

We currently have an opening for a Field High School Admissions Representative in your area for our Lincoln Technical Institute school in East Windsor, CT. We are a member of the Lincoln Educational Services family of schools and a leader incareer education and training.We are seeking individuals who are motivated, driven and have a passion for education. This individual will provide prospective students with guidance on career educational choices. You will provide motivational presentations to students in high schools and in homes. Selected candidate must be an excellent communicator and have the ability to present in front of both large and small groups. You will promote the value of career-oriented education to the potential interested high school students. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Successful marketing skills
• Proven ability to achieve and manage goals in a defined territory
• Extensive travel in designated areas assigned; overnight on occasion
• Driven and motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Prior personal lines insurance experience desirable
• Military recruitment or staffing background a plus
• Excellent rapport building and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
• High level of ethics and integrity
