1. Provide End-User support by:
a. Setting up new End-Users and their software access.
b. Maintaining existing End-Users (Changing and deleting)
2. Assist the management in LAN/WAN management by:
a. Participating in WAN/LAN upgrades.
b. Participating in system upgrades.
c. Maintaining and repairing PCs and associated equipment, i.e. printers, keyboards, monitors
3. Provide input and assistance on various network projects by:
a. Participating in research for new technologies
b. Making recommendations for implementation of new technology
c. Participating in new installations, i.e. new branches, new ATMs
d. Installing new software packages
4. May serve as back-up to other departmental positions, as needed.
5. Performs additional duties, as requested.
Job Specifications (Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required)
- 2-5 years experience with all Microsoft products. Including but not limited to XP, Windows 7, Office 2007 ,2010
- 2 years experience computer Desktop and laptop hardware experience.
- Ability to trouble shoot and perform on site repairs
- Able to multitask daily work assignments
- Organizational skills
- Oral communication skills to relay solutions to End-Users
