Sr. Recruiter

  • Source/recruit candidates for select FTE roles via ATS, internet/social media, and direct network referrals.
  • Schedule and compile candidate phone and or personal interviews.
  • Review of candidate personal interview results with business leaders, and the final selection of candidates.
  • Complete recruiting administrative tasks as directed by the Senior Recruiting Manager.
 Experience:5+ years experience in recruiting exempt positions in Corporate, RPO, or agency setting High School diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor’s degree preferred Demonstrated experience with full life cycle recruiting of exempt candidates using ATS, internet, social media, and other networking tools Excellent oral/written communication and presentation (one to one/group) skills Able to multi task Demonstrated experience and familiarity with Microsoft applications; Outlook required, PowerPoint, Excel and Access preferredEducation: High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
