Application Administrator Lead


The Application Administrator Lead will be responsible for managing and reporting on metrics and service level data for a commercial lending application for a production support and servicing call center. The candidate will have experience in data analytics and interpretation as well as be able to service and support a user community with the use of a commercial lending platform. The candidate will report to a Commercial Loan Support Call Center Manager and also support the call center management team with requests for performance and service level reporting. * Manage a team of 1 to 3 application/security analysts* Manage and oversee the collection of application and user administration data for a new commercial lending system* Responsible for producing and updating procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems assets for a commercial lending platform and to protect systems/databases from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction* Responsible for producing reporting on computer security/application incident response activities for a large organization, coordinates with other internal departments to record and report incidents* Ensure reporting of information security events and weaknesses associated with information systems in a manner allowing timely corrective action* Work with the call center management team to ensure consistent management reporting on call center performance* Point of escalation for user support, research and resolve application issues* Work in a call center environment providing resolution to users on "how to" application issues

Qualifications

* BA/BS in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field desirable* 4 to 7 years of experience in application/data/user security administration* Experience with log analysis, event correlation and incident management procedures and systems* Experience in customer service and trouble-shooting system and application support related "how to" inquiries* Expert Excel user a must. Hours per Week:   40

Work Schedule:   Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
