Rehab Assistant at Warwick

Hudson Seating & Mobility, a leading provider of Custom wheelchairs, Rehab Equipment, as well as, Home Medical Equipment currently has an immediate need for the following position in then Warwick RI Office.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide administrative and phone support for the ATPs

 

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide quality customer service, answer phones and assist customers
  • Manage files and prepare paperwork for files appropriately and in a timely fashion
  • Responsible for follow up calls to customers, therapists, M.D. and sales team
  • Provide administrative support sales team
  • Assure proper paperwork documentation follows policies and procedures to meet all government regulations, compliance and with Joint Commission policies.
  • Assist with projects, and other tasks when requested by a supervisor or manager
   Requirements
  • Ability to interpret verbal/ written instructions and communicate effectively
  • Private Insurance, Medicare and Medicaid experience
  • Computer literate
  • Organizational skills, time management skills.
  • Problem solving skills and ability to find appropriate solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Previous HME or DME experience a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalency required
