This position is oriented toward s overall operations, directing your 2 management assistants in their role as well as provide oversight to the RNs. The responsibility of the LPNs and the Nursing Assistants are NOT your responsibility…they fall under the direction of your assistants! So NO scheduling responsibilities or worrying about the home health care, you focus on the operation, compliance, regs, interfacing with the Marketing Director to coordinate new arrivals and have the transition process be as welcoming and wonderful as possible for your new residents!
