Duties:
- The Paralegal is responsible for managing a meeting production calendar for various committees and coordinating with parent committees to ensure consistent flow of agenda items, prompt follow-up on action items, and ensuring the establishment of meaningful agendas
- The Paralegal coordinates the production, printing, mailing, and timely delivery of committee materials and responses to regulatory or audit requests for information
- The Paralegal ensures that the committee chair is well prepared prior to any meeting, including preparing briefing notes for each meeting
- The Paralegal organizes and creates materials in connection Committee meetings that include minutes, agendas, resolutions, Committee memos and supporting documents
- The Paralegal manages daily inquiries/operations of assigned committees and supports the Head of Corporate Services and his/her management team through the coordination of Board and Committee presentations, including research, preparation of presentation materials and briefing documents
- The Paralegal supports the Head of Corporate Services in the preparation of briefing notes for other Risk meetings as appropriate
- 5 years of experience in as a Paralegal, a financial services setting perferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, Excel
