  • Maintenance of the global tracking system
  • Organisation and maintenance of follow up files
  • Maintenance of corporate mailboxes
  • Internal and external client servicing
  • Admin tasks such as filing, faxing, photocopying and archiving
  • Working with the Team to provide seamless support services
  • Preparation of documentation for distribution
  • Issuing standard letters/emails for clients

High school/College
Minimum 1+ years work experience in an office environment
Good knowledge of Microsoft Offices suite of packages
Organized
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good team player
Ability to maintain physical and electronic filing system
